• Reinforced material arrangement

• Install Vacuum

  Cover the vacuum bag on the mold where the reinforcement is placed, and completely remove the air between the mold and the vacuum bag Create a vacuum.
  
  Vacuums are usually made of silicone or nylon, and seal the resin well into the reinforcement.

• Remove vacuum generation and air

  Use the vacuum pump to remove the air inside the vacuum bag, and to remove any remaining air between the stiffener.
  This removes air bubbles or impurities that may become trapped between the fibers and allows the resin to penetrate evenly. In this step, create a condition in which the resin can naturally permeate into the reinforcement through a vacuum.

• Resin injection

  Liquid resin is injected in a vacuum. The resin quickly seeps into the reinforcement by the force of the vacuum, It spreads evenly inside the reinforcement without air bubbles.
  
  Epoxy, vinyl ester, and polyester resins are usually used as the injected resin, Each resin is chosen based on the desired physical properties.

• Hardening

  After the resin is sufficiently permeated into the reinforcement, natural curing or heat curing is performed according to the process conditions so that the resin is cured Proceed. In this process, the resin is strongly bonded to the fiber reinforcement.
  
  When the curing process is completed, the final shape of the composite is maintained.

• Removable

  After curing is complete, remove the vacuum bag and remove the finished part from the mold.
  The surface of the product is molded smoothly by the mold, and high-quality composites are completed without bubbles or uneven areas.
